Bessie is an independent arts writer currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. Her interests include loneliness, ennui and the body as they pertain to the production, installation and critical reception of contemporary art. Currently, she is working on producing group shows and small publications which seek to operate in a scholarly, but non-institutional, space of rigorous inquiry.
